Head to the polls with confidence this Election Day! When you get to your polling place, don’t leave without voting!
Make your voting plan in advance, including how you will get to the polls. Come prepared to stand in line! Check the weather, dress accordingly, bring snacks and a chair if you think you’ll be waiting for a long time.
If you’re listed as inactive when you arrive, request a revalidation form - you can still vote! If you make a mistake when you’re voting, a poll worker can spoil your ballot and give you a new one. If you’re in line when the polls close, don’t leave! Stay in line - you can still vote.
If you experience any issues when you go to vote, or see behavior that is suppressing or intimidating voters, call 866-OUR-VOTE, it’s the national Election Protection Hotline and they will mobilize local resources to help you exercise your right to vote.
